On 28 March , the private equity firm PEQ Invest acquired the Swedish third-party logistics and staffing company Veddestagruppen. PEQ Invest becomes the new major shareholder in Veddestagruppen and owns the company with the current management team consisting of Jonas Eriksson (Group CEO, in charge of the 3PL business), Karim Boularbah (in charge of the service logistics business), Johan Olsson (in charge of the transport business) och Tony Barosen (in charge of the staffing and recruiting business). The group generates revenues of approx. EUR 20 million during the latest fiscal year. Jarl Securities acted as sole financial advisor to the seller. Den 28 mars förvärvade riskkapitalbolaget PEQ Invest det svenska tredjepartslogistik samt bemanningsbolaget Veddestagruppen. PEQ Invest blir fräsch delägare inom Veddestagruppen tillsammans med nuvarande ledningsgruppen bestående av Jonas Eriksson (Koncern-VD, ansvarig till TPL-verksamheten), Karim Boularbah (ansvarig för servicelogistiken), Johan Olsson (ansvarig på grund av transportverksamheten) samt Tony Barosen (ansvarig till bemanningsverksamheten) . Koncernen omsatte c. SEK miljoner under föregående räkenskapsår.
